Slick Sales-pitch but poor workmanship

Redo couch cushions in new fabric. Company took away the couch and cushions and when it was returned, the cushions did not fit correctly. Took photos to prove bad workmanship and SMS'ed to them. He promised to come the next day, but am still waiting.
