Up-Linx Technologies: ********* promises and refusing to pay hard-earned salary

I started working at Up-Linx Technologies on 12 September 2016. The position for this job looked extremely promising, a salary of R7000 a month, as well as overtime being paid. The "so-called" working hours according to the contract, was from 07:00 to 17:00. I had to use my own vehicle to travel between the places that the optic fibre cables had to be installed, which I agreed to, since the contract stated that they'll be paying for the petrol needed to get from place to place. After a few days of working here, I became to realize that a lot more was expected from me than what was stated in the contract. My working hours never stayed between 07:00 and 17:00, which I kept track of every minute worked overtime. On 20 September, I started at 07:00 and had to travel to Nelspruit to fulfill duties, and only got home 00:45 the next morning. On 21 September, the same day I arrived from Nelspruit, I only got home 18:45 that night. On 28 September, we had to depart to Nelspruit again. That night I never got the chance to go home, so we had to work throughout the night without closing our eyes for even a minute. We only had the chance to go home the next day, which I only arrived at home at 01:30 the morning. I constantly had to transport workers with my own vehicle, which was also not stated in the contract. The day of 28 September when I arrived at home 01:30 the morning, I decided to put in leave due to the fact that I was overworked and as well for the fact that I had another interview. But the manager denied me the leave even after working more than 24 hours without stop. As soon as I mentioned that I had another work interview, he told me that he wants me to deliver the tools which I still had with me. I did so, and waited for them for an hour, but they were late. Due to me waiting so long for them, I was already late to the interview I had that day. I decided to put the tools on the grass at a SASOL garage where I was waiting (there was surveillance where I left them since I know the owner of the SASOL garage), and I left otherwise I would've missed my interview. The manager then sent me a whatsapp message, telling me that I should never come back to work. He fired me over a whatsapp message. I accepted it and started searching for another job. A week or two passed, and they did not pay my well-earned salary. I sent the boss a whatsapp several times asking for my salary. He agreed, but I just never received it. I asked him a few more times and told him that if my salary was not paid by a certain time, I would have to take the needed steps against them. He then threatened me over whatsapp, but said that my salary will be paid within 4 days. It's been 2 weeks, and my salary is still not paid. I put over 6000 kilos on my own vehicle, travelling for work purposes. I worked unreasonable hours, which was extremely risky for my own health, as well as the workers that I transported, because I could've fallen asleep behind the wheel due to being extremely overworked without getting any sleep. I am desperate, and I believe that I deserve my well -earned salary. Without receiving salary for a month, it's put immense pressure on my personal life. I don't want anybody else to fall into the same hole I did, and all workers currently working for Up-Linx. I believe every human being deserves to be treated like a human and not a robot.
