Concerned that there is no Customer Service

September 2024 was when my clearance was finalized for debt review,. Several emails from Debt Rescue was emailed and several online chats to Experian from me and still I have not received a confirmation that my query is resolved instead I get a response to say that my clearance must be uploaded on CBA which can not happen as this system cam in this year and my clearance was done jn 2024. If the person who got my clearance did what was needed I will not be in this situation where my name can not be removed from a debt review flag. Search my name and you will find all the emails and noone bother to reply or find a solution to my debt review flag removal.
