Useless call center and self help portal 😡

Good day. I've been on the phone for hours since yesterday trying to clear a matter that was not my fault and TFG acknowledged and resolved it but on the credit bureau it's coming up as my fault . This is badly affecting me to apply anywhere. What platform can we use since your call center and the self help portal are pathetic ?
