Resolved dispute still appears on my account

On the 9th March 2026 I received a resolved lett3r in my favor. On checking my credit report I noticed that the account which was resolved is on my credit report as a default. I have been sending numerous emails and have had no positive results to have this account removed. For the past month they have promised to have it removed from my account which to date is not the case as it still appears on my account. This issue is frustrating as I am unable to do anything as it affects my scoring. I have contacted the watsapp number and communicated with several agents all promising to resolve this issue within 24 hours but still to date nothing. The last agent i communicated on warsapp did not even respond. Is everyone there ***********. Please revert with positive feedback
