How is Experian allowed to manage credit information ??

I had an account incorrectly logged against my name which MTN credited in full because of their mistake. I've struggled for 9 MONTHS to get this account listed against my name removed by EXPERIAN (UP). Their support team are so *********** that they rep**** multiple times trying to give me a AI or a copy and paste response.

How can such a useless company be allowed to manage people's credit information ? I'm now unable to adjust my property loans because of a R12K account....
