Don't Update Debt Review Status

I received my Debt Clearance Certificate on the 17th of February, and my Debt Counsellor sent the certificate to all the credit bureaus. They also uploaded it on the NRC new portal for Clearance certificates. The other credit bureaus update my states except Experian. My Debt Counseller sent the certificate again but no change. If you talk to "EDD" it gives you the same story. You Debt Counselor must send it. HOW MANY TIMES MUST THEY SENT IT TO YOU!!!!! You can log a dispute against a Debt Review Status change, it does not give you the option.
