Complaint for *****ulently listing a Vodacom account under my name I have been struggling 2 years to get any credit I call them and ask for a manager then they say no one is available or the manager will call me back then just laughs and hung up the phone

Complaint for *****ulently listing a Vodacom account under my name I have been struggling 2 years to get any credit I call them and ask for a manager then they say no one is available or the manager will call me back then just laughs and hung up the phone everytime they promise to have a manager call me back they never do, when I call them I hung on the phone 4 hours before getting assistance just for the agent not to assist me. I'm struggling financially and Experian it not taking this case serious, Vodacom removed the acc that was put on my name after 2 years but Experian won't remove the Vodacom account from my records I can't apply for anything and it's so unfair towards me I want a manager to call me back after trying 2 years to reach a manager that is the least I deserve!!!!!!
