Claiming to have access to a running shoe directly from the distributor, he sells one friend a pair of shoes at a discounted price. Once the introductions are made he contacts each individual offering them of a special. Once the order is placed and the money is transferred the excuses start: delayed in transit, wrong colour, wrong size... The subsequent promise of a refund is not honoured. This has happened to three of us and we have it in good authority that at least one additional person was ****med in a similar way.
