Refund

On 9/06/2021 I purchased a Dubai Unsold Saver Deal from Unsold.com. I paid R2, 278.39 using my credit card. I understand that they have ceased their business. An update on their website states that "Unsold.com has already refunded a large percentage of our customers". I have to date not received any refund. Please help me get the refund
