Unseen Grail refusing cancellation on Unmade item & Passing the buck. Order No: 8099

I placed an order with Unseen Grail on the 4th of September 2026 using PayJustNow. The item is not made yet, and I was told it has a 3–4 week lead time. I requested a cancellation before production even began. Unseen Grail is refusing to assist, falsely telling me to contact PayJustNow to cancel it. PayJustNow has confirmed they cannot cancel it until Unseen Grail initiates it via their merchant portal. Now, Unseen Grail is claiming they can't help because they "notified the manufacturer," even though the item hasn't been made. This is a violation of my basic consumer right to cancel an online order before fulfillment. I want Unseen Grail to log into their PayJustNow Merchant Portal and issue the cancellation immediately.
