Refuse to exchange my item!

I was refused an exchange or refund on an item which i returned for the second time as it tore on the exact same place. As per the customer protection act if there is a fault within the first 6 months, regardless if it's one or many clients, their refunds and exchange policy becomes *******.

I have emailed them well over a week ago and yet today I have received no response.

They are utterly disgusting! Would not recommend them all!
