They took R1,500 from me :(

Unplugged Plumbing was recommended to me by my property agent for replacement of my geyser. Without checking the warranty, Duncan said he'll come to replace my geyser. I was impressed with the prompt service. We had to pay the excess R1,500 in cash, which we did. Only to find out that the geyser is under warranty and he needed to take the geyser out again, which Duncan agreed to do and admitted that it was his fault for not checking. However, when it came to the repayment of the R1,500 to me, Duncan kept making excuses. It has been 9 months and I still have not been repaid my R1,500 excessive. Will not be using Unplugged Plumbing ever again. Duncan, you ruined the business name.
