Disgusting customer service

Absolutely disgusting customer service from Sandy the owner who feels she is doing us a favor sending a mechanic out to sort a brand new machine purchased in November 2023 and has attitude with customers, degrading their businesses based on the types of machines purchased.... She does not listen to the customer at all and will send parts that don't need to be replaced. I regret purchasing a brand new machine with them...Worst service ever.
