Umhlanga driving School ****med me ???.

I had an agreement with the owner of Umhlanga driving school, agreed on the price for me lessons and him helping me getting my learners. He did help me getting my learners, I paid him R3000 in three instalments. Passed my learners in January and was supposed to start my lessons first week of February. He kept on telling me stories till end of February, by March I hard enough to his stories not giving lessons for the amount of money I paid for. One day he took me to drive for 30 Minutes and proceed to help other person. In the middle of March he was still telling me stories, I talk to him about the services I am getting and that I would like to get my refund and get another school. He said there is no refund, my heart was so broken that I am not going to get my money back nor lesson.

I see him almost everyday giving other people lessons and he completed forget about me. He ****med me and I don't know if he's doing the same thing to other people.
