Still waiting for delivery......****?

I was beginning to think this site was a ****, and i'm still kind of thinking it is. I'm still waiting for my Spotify voucher that I've purchased days ago. How can sending a virtual password/code take days to send? All i get is" we're tending to the issue" doubtful that they are... three times.... I will not be ordering from them again, it's useless. If there are problems with suppliers then don't advertise items from them it's a waste of time.
