Disappointing Customer Service

The prices are good but the after sales service was extremely poor with no feedback provided on issues raised. Shouting at customers is never good for any business - extremely disappointing! I have been calling them for updates with extremely rude responses from Craig in Woodmead regarding the solar geyser retrofit system purchased them.
