unable to get refund

on the 12th December 2023 I purchased Jordan and paid and the company advised that they didn't get my payment, I called the bank and confirmed payment went through and I was asked by the company to send proof of payment. I received WhatsApp from them that their email is not working is under construction and till today no one came back to me and neither the bank can reverse the transaction it says unauthorized to debit. now I'm frustrated I won't get my money back. please help me to get thee R1800
