Terrible service from Unlimited Sneakers

I placed an order with unlimited sneakers on 18 Dec 2023 and should have received it within 5-7 working days. In Jan 2024 I received communication that they were closed during that time and my order will now be processed and delivered. To this day I have not received it. Their email address does not work, they only have a WhatsApp number which they respond to very seldomly. I requested a refund or the sneakers multiple times and have not received a response. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received. I paid for the sneakers and now I need to beg to get it or to get my money back.
