No product, no refund either

My experience with this organization has been very unpleasant. I placed an order mid-December 2023 and only received half of my order. I have made multiple attempts to reach out over Whatsapp and email. The last communication I received was on 29 January, and it was a Whatsapp message stating the following: "We are truly sorry for the delays, we are processing your order accordingly and urging all our deliveries." I have not heard anything back since then. Disappointing to say the least.
