Horrible service, do not order from them!

I placed an order with them on 23/12/2023 and still have not recieved my order despite their shipping policy of 5-7 business days for delivery. I have reached out to them via email on various occasions but I still have not recieved any response. I then reached out to them over Whatsapp multiple times and have still gotten little to no response about my order status. However, two weeks ago i requested a refund over whatsapp, and in response they agreed and asked for my banking details but once i sent the information i havent heard back from them or recieved my refund.
