UP Flooring Rustenburg not recommended

Unlimited Flooring Projects in Rustenburg removed old and installed new floor tiles on two balconies and a veranda at our home. The tiles were not installed level with a downwards angle towards the end of the stoep which results in water accumulation in certain areas which form pools e.g. in front of the main entrance. They attemted to fix it but was not successful. Currently requests to address and fix the problem are blatently ignored. On the top floor doors leading to the balcony are seriously leaking water. This business is clearly not able to do proper tiling and is not recommended at all.
