“Unprofessional and Aggressive – Avoid at All Costs

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Unlimited Essentials. Dealing with Angel was beyond frustrating ,her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She has zero phone etiquette and speaks to customers as if they’re an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists.

What’s even worse is the way this business operates. They aggressively push their products and try to force customers into buying, going as far as demanding payment instead of actually providing proper service. It feels more like harassment than sales.

Despite repeatedly telling them that we did NOT want the product, they still went ahead and delivered it anyway. This shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ choices and boundaries.

Overall, this business is disorganized, pushy, and extremely unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away unless you want to deal with rude service and unwanted products being forced onto you.
