Unknown invoice (payment force)

They're literally forcing people to pay for invoices they never bought anything from them. I regret that I answered their phone call. They brought a 20L pinegel at our property without us requesting. On the call they said it is a gift for us as we've done a survey 😡 now they send many invoices and phone calls! Horrible experience!

COME COLLECT YOUR PINEGEL! I don't need it like I said before that I buy my things where they are affordable.
