NO BACKUP SERVICE

Very poor to NONE backup service. No back up parts available. Purchased a generator 18 months ago total cost with installation R250 000, been waiting three months for a replacement fan blade, the company just ignores you and don't come back to you, nobody else got parts for these imported chinese products. The machine is a white elephant now in my yard, useless. Rathe buy from reputable companies with proper backup service and parts
