Very unprofessional Staff and unsafe shop environment at Unleashed Pets.

Worst experience in a long time at a "pet shop". Firstly, We wanted to purchase shrimps, Which after the shop attendant dropped shrimps on the floor, picked them up by hand, and dropped those injured shrimps in the bag to sell to us. There after our two year old toddler walked up to the big fish tank in the middle of the shop. For a split second we faced the livestock, Next moment the MDF board "attached" to the aquarium fell on top of my child. I do think she did perhaps tried to have a better look and held onto the side to peak at the fish. (Typical child behavior) But regardless, the heavy board was only held up to the steel frame with a couple of small magnets. Bad setup in my opinion.

Absolute madness went down as the shop assistant immediately started to accuse us from negligence and said it was our fault that we left "the child" unattended. We then told the very unprofessional shop assistant to cancel our purchase as our daughter was quite upset and had taken quite a big fall and bump to her head. Also, We don't want to purchase shrimp that was dropped on the floor and placed in the bag. She then Asked us very aggressively "Now what seems to be our problem?" . She then continued to argue with my Mom in a very unprofessional matter, Not once apologizing for the incident.

Overall just a bad experience and wouldn't recommend. Unprofessional staff and Unsafe for children.
