****ty service with rude nurses

The service at Unjani Clinic in Turffontein is extremely disappointing. How can a clinic refuse to provide a simple note or proof confirming that a parent brought their child in for immunisation? Even a public clinic is able to provide such documentation, yet they claim that their policy does not allow them to do so.

This experience has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. Unfortunately, they have now lost me and my entire family as patients. Very poor service and an unacceptable policy.

What’s worse is that we PAY for these services.
