Complaint

I had a very bad experience with unjani clinic today at dennilton moutse mall. I asked my sister to take my baby for measles injection with medical aid because am currently in cape town now, when they got there they said we are still owing them R250 for the previous visit which i don’t know anything about,they never even called me to let me know about that,am just finding out about it today. They say medical aid did’t pay,the nurse took my baby clinic book and medical aid card nd kept them and even told told my sister that they wont leave before they pay the amount. I called my sister to find out exactly what is going on and the nurse aggressively took the phone from my little sister and said to me i want my money,i want my money as if we refused to pay where else we never knew anything about that, they never called me. Where is professionalism and respect in all this???is this how things should be done?is this a way of sorting out matters?was she not supppsed to call me and let me know about the outstanding R250 in a good manner?I am really dissapointed in unjani clinic!!!sad for days.
