Bad customer service

My experience with Unjani clinic at Moutse Mall is not good. Is not my first time going there but is more of public clinics where we are not treated well. The staff is impatient, rude and as for the one responsible for phone calls must be replaced or be given a proper training. In general I can say the staff is not friendly but because they're in business of servicing people they just do what they have to do because they have to, not because they enjoy servicing us in the health service.
