upset patient

I have been a patient of Unjani clinics for years now. since 2021 to be precise. I have had good experiences with them but this time I've had the worst experience. back in 2023 I went to Unjani clinic lenasia South for my ANC first visit which was 700 with sonar. 2 weeks ago I went to Unjani clinic lenasia South for yet another first visit of which I paid 700. I was told it includes sonar but the nurse who was meant to do the sonar was not there and I should come back . I went back last Friday and was told the same story about the sonar nurse not being there,mind you I communicated with them prior to the visit and they said I could come. today I went again,when I got there I was told that the R700 didn't include sonar . why was I not told this at my initial visit or second visit ? it's unfair and upsetting. I'm extremely angry at this point. I wouldn't have paid R700 just to be given pills and a book. I'm very very angry.
