Exceptional customer service

I visited the clinic on their Optometrist department. The service was was exceptional and convenient for me. I had classes done for my daughter and was told that upon collection if I don't make it on a Thursday, they will be left on the clinic side and can get them any day. I then went on a Saturday and the Optometrist forgot to leave them. She was then called to find out what happened, explanin to the nurs she apolgized and promised that I will get them next Thursday. Thursday came she called and explained that she realized a defect on them and took them back to the ir laboratory. This Thursday she called trying to organize how I get them. She came and delivered them to my house which is 21kmh away from the clinic. This is what's is called exceptional customer service and thank you ( dr Siwelihle Lethuli ) from Bona Unjani for keeping your promise .
