terrible service

Its on the 21 December 2019 I visited unjani clinic at kwaggafontein because my girl of 1 year 6 months was not feeling well. when I arrived open the file waited for about 3 hours I did not have any problem for waiting the issue was that in all this waiting there where people came I was there then there files was now infant I am at the back they go for help I am still waiting. Now when I ask I was told that I must take my girl there not going to attend to her. The nurses where very unprofessional. Then nurse in change she did not give the name she said she is the owner of the clinic instructed nurse MP Mnisi she saud she called Khosi Magaqa she also did not attend to my as instructed Clinic's No *** ,*** Kwaggafontein branch
