University Thesis Binding INV8576DN
I needed my dissertation bound for me to graduate on 15 May 2024.I sent a request to university thesis binding on 24/04/2024 and received a quote the same day......quote number INV8576DN. I paid the same day R578.00. After enquiring, on 6 May 2024 I was told to send my printed to: University Binding, 2 Hibiscus Place, Asherville, Durban, 4091.
I indicated that they must print the soft copy I sent and add it to the quote the same day (6 May). I was given a quote of R 761.12, which now included printing and Door-to-door courier. I paid the extra R183.12 on the 7th of May. I never heard from them until I wrote then a WhatsApp message and forwarded it to their email on the 16 of May after graduation.
Can I have an update on INV8575DN.
"Good afternoon. This is the message I sent on WhatsApp and never got a response. This order was placed on April 24 and paid on May 8, and I graduated on May 15. Of course, I did not get my certificate and will have to pay penalties for late submission. I am now thinking of getting a service provider nearby to do the job so I can take it to the school by Friday and only pay for the 10 days overdue. Otherwise, it looks like I will have to pay even more than the printing and binding itself."
On 21 May I received an email: "Good day Dumisani
We apologize for the inconvenience. A staff member from our office should have contacted you regarding feedback.
Regards The University Binding team UNIVERSITY BINDING (PTY) LTD Tel : *** | fax : *** email : *** | web : www.universitybinding.co.za Cell: ***." Whatsapp: ***
That was the last I ever heard from them.
I took my dissertation to another business on 31 May and "voila" on the 6th of May they delivered and I got my certificate.
I now want them to refund my money R 761.12, let alone the penalties for submitting 20 days late. They are not responding on either WhatsApp or emails.
I just want to warn every one of the terrible services by this business as they could loose their mmoney and even fail in their studies.
