Krithika Paraw, is the person that we have the unfortunate experience of dealing with.

We requested the printing and binding of my daughters Masters Thesis. Payment was made on 11 Feb 2021, there was confirmation communication from the company after the email of proof of payment and the submission of the document was received. From the 11 Feb to 25 Feb there was no communication.

When questing on the 25 Feb for the status, we were told that due to Covid they cannot supply within the advertised periods, we were was told that the document will go out on the 26 Feb to the couriers and should be received Monday 1 March or the latest 2 March, the email with tracking details will be sent between 16:00 and 17:00 on the day when the courier collects. No such mail was sent.

No delivery or communication on 1 March, follow-up on 2 March, resulted in been told that the document will be collected today and that delivery would be the latest Thursday this week 4 March if the couriers did have trouble. Covid has been with us now for more than 11 months, this is no reason why the work cannot be done. We were told that the email with tracing details will be sent between 16:00 and 17:00 today. This seems like a commend practice, so they don't have to do any work, such lazy staff.

When I called and then demanded that the matter be dealt with the company, the rep tried to imply that my daughter last week indicated that to receive this document by Thursday 4 March this week was fine. I have worked from home, and have privy to these conversations, when confronting the employee as stating that in fact she was lying, she retracted her statement. I have told them that I would be pursuing an unduly enrichment claim from them as they keep moving the delivery. Then all of a sudden the courier is there and they are able to provide the trading details before their 16:00 and 17:00 practice.

This company will not do any confirmation in writing and will only call when a query is send, via a private number and not using the company details.

I have insisted that their Director Mr George contact me, I am still waiting for such a call, however, I drought it will ever be received.

I would not recommend this company to any student that is need/wants to have their Thesis's printed and bound.
