University of Venda Failing us

I am very disappointed about the treatment I got from the University of Venda. I were supposed to be a 3rd year Student academic year 2020. The problem is that I am blocked to register due not passing all 1st year modules.

I was doing 12 Modules in 2018 on my first year. 6 on the first Semester and 6 on the 2nd Semester. I passed 5 modules on 1st Semester and 5 on 2nd Semester. I was allowed to register for the Next Level last year Which I passed with 2 distinctions. I only fail 1 module for last year.

I was thinking that all the subjects behind I will carry them on my last year of study which is fourth year. Today i am just seating blocked in the system can't register. I was granted the resident accomodation but now it is granted to someone. I could not claim it because i am not registered. I can't register even the 1st year subjects.

How can that happen to me. When will i complete the degree if this year i am in the gap year. I can't be allowed to even inquiry. No one is willing to help me in the University. The security cannot allow me in. Can i through my career down the drain and go and join other young stars in the streets. I am frustrated. Others have already started attending their classes and here is me not knowing what to do.
