Poor service

I did my 3 year degree in 5 years, very bad university. I finished all my modules all to find out out that there is two elective modules left out and by that time ICT, they are the ones who registered all my modules for me and said they registered everything. The 4th year I did the electives and passed them, only to find out that one which was Computer Science they did not enter my final Marks. I did follow up, the lecture said, there’s nothing she can do, only the HOD of the school has access to enter the marks. I was suprised because she has my marks on the mark sheet and her computer. She said the HOD is on leave so we have to wait. I ended up going back for 5th year doing one module and by that time, I am paying registration fee, accommodation and fees myself because bursary has kicked me out.
