UWC Admin is the worst!

I have gone by the name of Kauthar for a very long time now. No one at the university is willing to help me change my name so that at my graduation ceremony my new name could be called and not my old name. No one even knows me by my old name anymore except my birth parents. All I ask is that they call out my new name if the certificate is printed already. But not even that can be done. I have provided the necessary documents to show my name change and we all know how long Home Affairs takes to give the new ID when you change your name. I am so upset. I have the right to be referred to as the name on my ID but UWC won’t allow this. I am sick and tired of fighting with them.
