They accepted me took my money for registration and not registering me

The worst university ever. I spent so much money to try and get through to someone via phone call to help me register I Paid for my funding and nobody answers their emails as well. Someone contacted me from the education faculty saying they will have me registered as I was accepted and my registration fees has reflected. I am still not registered and classes started yesterday. I got through to someone and this person emailed me saying that I need to reapply next year, classes are full . Keep in mind I received an admissions letter accepting me into the university I have paid my bills and on the day classes started starts they are telling me registration has already been closed. I need help uwc is sitting with my money and I can get through to nobody I paid for my education and they are taking me for a ride.
