Terrible Customer Service

Terrible terrible people at your contact center. They put callers on hold, mute and manipulate the system to have individuals drop off. This is after waiting for 15 mins to speak to a warm body.

Oh the webchat is the same, I will be an ancestor by the time someone replies my message.
