Pathetic

This place is bordering on not existing. They had almost no documentation on their website about the 2022 academic year before February 2022. How are we meant to plan?

I made registration payment on their website with a credit card and 2 days later it still isn't reflecting.

First year orientation starts next week and there is zero information about access to the campus or procedures because you first need to register and to register you first need to pay. I have paid but they don't reflect that.

Telephones just ring with no answer. Emails don't get answered. The online chat had 20 people in the queue and when I got to chatting to someone it timed out.

Is there anybody at this institution that actually does any work?
