NO INFORMATION ABOUT APPLICATION STATUS

My brother app**** to study at the University for 2016. He was declined for his first choice which was a 3yr BCom general degree. He was then told that he could do the degree over four years. We called the University asking if anything further would be needed as we accepted that 4 yr program to which they said no- the email we sent accepting the 4yr offer would be okay. Ever since December 2015 the University admin staff have been doing the run around with us saying the application is still being processed. It has been more than a month now and nothing has been said. Again beginning of January 2016 we called spoke to a a lady called Lenea, who advised that we would know the status of the application on the 18/01/2016. On Monday they then said they still don't have an answer. Today, I spoke to a lady called Marilyn who promised to call by COB, she never called back. This is very frustrating. People should not treat people the way that they do. This is a simple yes or no answer.
