No communication from education faculty

I am a post graduate student trying to register for an Bed Hons program but the program is not listed. I have paid my registration fee with the intention of registering for the stream educational management and leadership. When I select the stream it is not listed in the programs drop down. I have emailed 3 of the education faculty members. I have called their office. It has been nearly a week and half that this program list has not been updated. I have even tried to schedule an online consultation but the system does not work. I deeply disappointed in this university as I an alumni have highly recommend this university to my students. I deeply disappointed that I have to resort to Hello Peter to get your attention.
