My cousin app**** to Uwc last year got provisionally accepted September last year. He also got two distincts with he's final results scoring 41 on UWC's points scale two weeks ago they told us he's previously accepted he must just wait for the email with he's student number. Now we went again to the university suddenly he's application is declined?. Now he's on a waiting list can you please tell how you go from accepted to declined. Or was he's place given away at a price to someone else.
