Disgusting service to student

The administration system at UWC is absolutely shocking! I have been trying for the past week to get through, but no one answers their phones or even responds to an e-mail! The contact centre is even worse as you cannot even connect to them.

No one in the Arts Department answers their phones or their e-mails.

These are students lives your dealing with, real live people with hopes and aspirations, but clearly this University does not care.

Please change your slogan: " no student shall be left behind", because it is a JOKE! You have been for the past year and is continuing to do so! Don't blame the pandemic, you have had a year to get your house in order. Blame it on poor and inefficient management of the institution.
