Stop humiliating the First year students

My daughter received a admission letter in November 2023 to be enrolled into the Gr R Diploma program.Only her dreams to e shattered with no theres nothing we can do about it.She left Thursday to do registration.Tuision paid and when she got there only to find out this program has been withdrawn, without any email,SMS or notification to the students or even a alternative to them.I emailed back and forth with no one to take responsibility who slipped up and if there is a alternatives for these students just theres nothing that we can do,and only to find out now,last year a decision was made to withdrawal the program ,but these children travel all te way to be humiliated and their dreams to e shattered. Give us answers and alternative .
