Registration

My daughter is a student University of Free State however this year she is experiencing a challenges with the registration since 18/01/19. She has been told to complete appeal form which did and return it back as per requested.All necessary documents attached however she still waiting for feedback. She sent several emails to office of the dean natural science Elzmarie Oosthuizen and was promised she will get feedback but nothing. When she go to the office she was told more twice to wait for the email. Today the 15/02/19 is the last day of registration she still waiting. I want the faculty to to register my daughter. She is frustrated and am afraid that this might affect her health as well. Student no: ********** 120
