Denied registration

I app**** last year and I was accepted by the university with an non conditional admission. When I was in the process of accepting the offer I find out I actually have two offers. I paid my registration fee on time and made contact with the university and the faculty that I'm struggling with the online registration. I was taken from pillar to post with no assistance, one of the professors Dr Smit reverted back to me explaining she's unable to assist me as I don't fall under her and referred me to Dr Coetzee, whom I've been trying to get hold of but no response. Basically the faculty ignored for whole three weeks and only reverted back to me when they knew registrations were closed. I pleaded once again with the faculty explaining my situation but instead Dr Coetzee told me I don't meet the requirements to do the course but I have a letter from the university saying I've been accepted for not only one but two. I really don't understand why the faculty is doing this because I have proof of all my attempts to reach them but I didn't get assistance and now I feel the faculty is looking for excuses to make sure I don't get registered. I know students who didn't even apply but are already attending classes because they got assistance and were registered. I'm really not sure how things work because I did everything as per university requirements but even that didn't help me. Now I'm frustrated with no one giving me any direction or trying to help me.
