Dealing with my academic record

There was a mixup with my Nsfas. They told me they didn't receive my results. But the school said they sent them. They ended up canceling my bursary. But the problem now is that I need my academic record so I can finish my degree with UNISA. I made an appeal and they told me it was approved. But now they are taking me from pillar to post. And the registration for unisa will close soon and I need my academic record. Please advise. Because they won't fund my at UFS and I can't pay the fees. If what I need is my academic record and a letter of transfer so I can finish my degree.
