Certificate not Received from the University of free state

<p><span style="color: #1***7d;"><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">I am not getting any help from OFS .I completed my MDP last year November I am try to get my certificate ,I tried speaking to Susan Bakema she said it was sent via post beginning of April ,,I called UTI and they never received any certificate .I then requested a tracking number to track it but no feedback.</font></span><span style="color: #1***7d;"><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">I am worried because without my certificate the course I did means nothing to me </font></span></p> <p> </p>
