RE: Ms BEVERley WIL**** I want to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Ms Beverley Wil****. I was unable to login to the Perspectives in Education Journal webpage. I sent an email to Ms Beverley, in less than 5 minutes she responded immediately. She explained the challenge on the website and offered to assist me to check my article submission. Without me asking, she went the extra-mile to inform me that the journal has received my articles and it was sent out to the reviewers. She explained when I can expect a response. She advised me that I would receive and email notification. I want to say congratulations to Perspectives in Education for such as efficient, kind and committed manager in the Editor's office. She is truly a people's people who treat other people with respect and dignity. She did not display any form of annoyance or irritation to my repeated request. UFS editorial team, you can be so proud of someone like Ms Beverley Wil****. She is truly a phenomenal person to communicate with and I feel honored to know Ms Beverley by name. Hopefully one day I will see this kind employee of UFS and put a picture to the name. Congrats Ms Bev and keep up the good work you are doing for your journal.
